Terms of Use

You are reading the terms that apply to www.rosariomovie.com. They are short because the site itself is simple, and every statement below describes something the published build of this site actually contains or lacks. Nothing here is borrowed from another site's legal page.

What exactly am I using when I open this site?

You are reading a static publication. Every page is a finished file, prepared in advance and delivered to your browser from a content delivery network. No program on a server builds a page for you, reacts to your input or keeps a session with you.

The collection is fixed. The sitemap lists five addresses, and those five pages are the whole site. Nothing appears, changes or disappears between one build and the next, so what you read is the same text every other reader sees.

Each page also records, in machine-readable form, when it was first published and when it was last modified. The modification date is 2026-11-02, the same date the sitemap gives. That tells you which version of these terms and of the other pages you are reading.

Everything a page needs to display, including its styles, scripts, fonts and images, comes from this same domain. No other server is contacted while a page is on your screen. Viewing a page therefore does not bring an outside party into the picture.

What can these terms not promise me, and why?

There is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything. The site has no form, input field or upload control of any kind. Nothing can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred on your behalf, and no visitor-generated content exists here.

The build also carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. These terms therefore cannot offer you a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty. For the same reason, this page names no company, no governing law, no court and no dispute procedure. Stating any of them without a verified basis would give you a false sense that someone has formally committed to you, which is worse than telling you plainly that no one is named.

If you type an address that does not exist here, or follow an old link, you will not land on a stray or empty page. The site returns a page marked so that search engines neither index it nor follow it, and that page immediately sends you to the home page. A mistyped or expired address can never become a page of its own.

Where does my relationship with an operator actually begin?

It does not begin on this site. Because nothing here takes your details, opens an account or accepts a payment, reading these pages creates no agreement with any operator. This site is a set of pages to read, not a service you sign up to.

If you follow a link to another site, you leave this publication. From that point on, the destination's own terms are the ones that apply to you. Any account you open, deposit you make or promise you rely on will be governed by that operator's terms, not by this page.

Before you register anywhere, read that operator's terms and check who the operator is, which law it names and how it handles complaints. Those answers can only come from the destination itself. This page cannot supply them, and it will not guess at them.
